The intelligent system of Tehran Municipality's internal fleet (Sahand system) has been set up with the aim of mechanizing car services of all executive units of Tehran Municipality. Sahand driver software is designed for Tehran Municipality's car fleet and will be able to receive staff mission travel requests. This software has the following capabilities:

- Announcing the start and end of work
