To make sure you have TTS enabled, go to the following section on your phone:
Setting - Language & input - Text to speech
With this program you will be able to hear any words in four different languages: English, French, German, and Italian.
The Text-to-Speech or TTS engine that comes with Android provides text readability.
You can also change the word and tone speed along with the language and the program automatically saves these changes.
