Game story :
At first,a cyber attack happens through the  servers of the city by a band called Mask.

And then a terrorist band raids to the city and takes some areas of it.

The army needs counteracting the cyber attack and catching the Mask band at first in order to reclaim the areas and destroy the terrorist band.

For doing this mission three guys are being chose,and a small group named Thunderbolt is being created.the small band enters the areas controlled by terrorists secretly initialise Mask band and surmount it. 

The army is waiting destroying Mask band in order to have a destructive attack through the terrorist band.but at first every thing is related to thunderbolt...
